Sorry I am getting into this discussion on the late side. I talked to gent who had cannon custom wind some heavy duty down riggers so he didn't have to worry about hydraulics & related problems (leaks!) no need to butcher your outboard.

Hey Ya'll, I have been laid off for quite a while and not seeing much work pop up, However I have two 25' trollers that need some work and a oregon troll permit. I need to know if You can make a reasonable living trolling or not. Thanks (if not anyone want to buy a couple of boats?)
