Looking for referrals to banks in Washington

Hello all, I am looking to purchase a boat and SE troll permit this winter and being new to the US, ( I immigrated from Canada this year) I would be interested to hear from anyone who has had success with their bank. I do have some money put away but a lot of that will go to buying the permit, gear,insurance etc. I have 6 years experience in BC trolling and I spent a month this summer working on a boat out of Sitka.
