Fuel Tax rebate?

I know in some states you can either get tax free fuel or a full rebate at the end of the year. Anyone know anything on this Topic?

I know I claim fuel expense on my taxes......but as far as a rebate, good question... I looked online & found a little something on the Ak. Tax website:
