Historic Fishing Gallery

Post by IcySwan1 »

Does anyone know what happened to the historic fishing gallery site? It was an amazing collection of commercial fishing pictures from a variety of fisheries and sources. It apparently was hosted on a local school district server for some time, but I have been unable to access it for awhile. Any ideas if it moved?

It was the most extensive collection of such photos that I have seen.

Be great to keep them alive and current.

Tim

Thanks for the reply, but the links don't work for me, and I have not been able to connect to the historic gallery for some time. I agree it would be great to maintain the site, but it looks like it might have faded away.

It appears to be down. I hope it returns...those were some treasured pictures from the west coast history.

COOL!

It just got a makeover...appears to be the same one that I browsed for years. Thanks!

Bdub,
My thanks to you as well for locating this site once again. I had the previous version bookmarked for years and spent many an hour armchair trolling through the thousands of pictures. It would have been a shame for such a rich documentary site to vanish into cyberspace.
