Check this out, interesting videos of commercial fishing around the world but mostly from Alaska.
Including some great shots of trolling, from which I have already picked up a couple of ideas.
But, I am sick and tired of watching trollers put pictures on the web of landing salmon, particularly king salmon by gaffing without conking, flinging them over their shoulder, over the cockpit, and down onto the deck. This is not the way to optimize quality or ergonomics. This is not the way most of us land king salmon.
