The Man Upstairs tells Ajax to help sand the Gold Dust...
Caught on film at the Scow.
Later Ajax is punished when He sends a cruise ship to sink his battleship.
Angie lands another Coho for team Gold Dust.
Jason and his aptly named, Chicken of the Sea, hanging out at the scow.
The Dutch Master at the super sekret fishing hole, Icy Pt.
When fishing Inside gets you down, you go to town. Elfin Cove that is. Left to right - Morgan, Matt, Carter, Gary, and Justin with the big hair enjoying a BBQ on the Helen T.
We encountered these mysteriously clean fisherman on their way out of Lisianksi Inlet. Josh, Andy's GF, and Andy on the Pegge.
Arrr, she be a fine seawervy wessel.
Gary and Carter shootin' the breeze in Elfin Cove.
Scow Girls Rule.
What kinda Salmon is that?
Davey Paradise and my brother slaying fish in the sun.
Matt in the Pit.
Matt's always in the Pit, except when he's doing this.
Battle Royale
The Patience (Hans) and the Radio (Carter) engaging in siege warfare.

I'm not sure. I know it's in Pelican now and I think it was originally a life boat.gumpucky wrote:Is Chicken of the sea the former Bristol Belle.Looks like my first HTer

Hey y'all...
Great photos! I'm in search of pics for a variety of publications - who wants to help? Lack of good fishing photos is one of the top show stoppers when we try to develop briefing and educational materials about trolling and the fishing industry. What photos are out there in the public domain don't often play well to the public.
I need high quality digital photos, CLEAN (NO blood, gore, etc) pristine looking fish - carefully handled, well maintained boats, artsy pics of gear, the fishing grounds, port scenes, processing plants, pics of women and families fishing are always crowd pleasers (sorry guys, but we need you, too!). We don't have money, but are happy to give photo credits and copious gratitude to whoever's work is used.
Always looking for 8x10's of boats for the ATA bragging wall.
Give a call to the office if you want to help...586-9400.
Rock on...
Dale, ATA

To answer your question about the Sea Chicken:
It was once called the "Smurf" and the oldest owner I can remember is Frank Shockey, Mick Shockey's - the owner of the Brown Bar in Pelican - brother. After that it was in the hands of a family in Elfin Cove. Its an old Navy officer tender. It's powered by a 2 cylinder Isuzu diesel. Wish my own boat was as efficient . Currently its owned by Jason Manney, who lives in Pelican.
