Re: Winter Line
Well, I managed to get that last one as an attachment. Is that the way to do it? What size works best?

Hey Eric is that a sport rod in the background????????????
Re: Winter Line
Tom,
I was going to post a question to see if there were any sharp eyed trollers out there on this forum. There are actually at least three clues in the picture that this was a sport caught salmon. The pole in the background is one but there are two more. I was just trying to figure out how to post a picture and grabbed this one. After it was posted I noticed that it was a sport caught salmon on a commercial site. Oops! And it didn't take long for you to catch it.
I am going to try and post a commercial shot now. I am doing it by attaching them What do you think is the best way? I don't have the img insert figured out.

Re: Winter Line
Getting the picture where you want is a bit confusing...
Once you've chosen your file and then pressed the "Add the file" button it will be uploaded as an attachment. At that point you get a new option beside the attachment which says "Place Inline". Clicking that button will insert code into your posting which represents the images location in your finalized post. The code looks like this:
You can now cut and paste that block of code to move it around where you want it to be in your post. You can even upload up to 4 pictures and move them all around however you like.
I hope this helps.

Thanks a lot.
Re: Winter Line
I don't know if this is out of line, but how long of leader are you using between the dodger and the poon(as we call those here in Tacoma/Pt Def. area)
Love to drag them!

Re: Winter Line
I run the Pt. Defiance about 30" behind the dodger. For sport fishing we use the small hotspot flasher with the Pt. Defiance and it works great. But putting the heavier leader and hook needed for commercial fishing kills them.
