Not surprising. I have worked on Russian Crabbers in the Bering, Norwegian autoliner (very short time) and as a longshoreman off loading Norwegian trawlers and autoliners, and the stuff that they have told me indicate to me that there is plenty of unreported fishing. I was on a 50 meter vessel and a 100 meter vessel off of Kamchatka and Chukota one entire summer and never saw one ship that was coast guard or any other type of fishery enforcement vessel.
