Hi All:
ATA's IPHC representative (Martin on the Charity) just checked in with some information on the 2013 halibut season.
Season Dates
March 23 - Nov. 7
Quota
Down 7.5% overall
2C 2.97 million - up from 2.624 in 2012
3A 11.03 million - down from 11.918 in 2012
3B 4.29 million - down from 5.07 in 2012
