Where is it twisting? Between the Troll Block and the fairlead? Is it SAW's 19-strand wire? I have used SAW "19" for 3-plus seasons and haven't had that happen. It may be something hard to detect, But I suspect it's a Troll Block that's not turning freely as the wire goes back and forth over the spool. The latter used to cause me problems with Hackensack and Scandia 7-strand. Some fellows a lot wiser than I am told me that a sticky block adds [uneven] downward pressure on the wire causing it to twist according to the lay of the wire. If a switch to new blocks doesn't help, I suggest that you call Stan @ SAW Wire and he may have a Recommendation. Good luck!
