Looking to buy FV/permit with owner training

I have been calling, emailing prospective sellers of "turn key" packages trying to convince the seller to stay-on for the seaon to teach. I had one maybe and at least a dozen cant help you. I was considering posting an ad in the buy/sell section but decided to throw it in here for review and comment. Im sure my timing sucks as the season is gearing up but next year aint an option right now.

How much money are you willing to spend?

Fair mkt value for FV/permit as for the training I was lthinking working it out on a % basis after cost that would help compell the seller to consider. Are you fishing or do you have something in mind?
