Maybe we need to get together and have a plastics outfit make us up a bunch? I have a spare handle we could send in as a sample for pattern. Make them of UHMW, G-10, or something that will last forever. New Red&Green! Yes!!

From an old thread there was this shop rebuilding Easthopes: http://www.drmachineinc.com/

And a couple of folks on the forum that I remember:

Hottspott, in Canada, seems to specialize in refurbishing old Easthopes and putting them up on the forum for sale.

fvsedna, in Sitka, seems to have some Easthope sets and parts as well and has offered rebuilds if I remember correctly.

I've been in contact with Hotspot. He is out of the country for the summer. He showed me a picture of the handles he made. They look great. Maybe we can put together a large order together...

Count me in! Three of each red and green.
Any idea how much for a set?
Can you post the picture Hotspott sent?
