New settings for the For Sale / Wanted area

I've made it so that you must be logged in to access the For Sale / Wanted section of the website.
This is to help keep phone numbers and names more private. There have been cases of people wanting to remove their contact information after time had passed from the original posting date. I hope this will help with that issue.
Also - everyone should be able to edit/delete their own posts in this section of the forum, indefinitely.
