Chat & Shoutbox

I've added a chat feature to the website.
At the top of every page there's now a "Chat" link. Clicking it will open a live chat session in a new window. Once you have the Chat open, you can talk with everyone in the chat instantly, or send instant private messages (just click on someone's name) and create new channels, among other features.
There's also a Shoutbox at the bottom of every page which displays the last few lines of chat and has a box where you can type a message and send it to the chat.
If you are logged into the website and join the Chat, it will automatically set your username. If you're not logged in, you'll be prompted to enter a nickname.
